14 The heart of him that hath understanding seeketh knowledge: but the mouth of fools feedeth on foolishness.

5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

15 The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge. 16 A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men. 17 He that is first in his own cause seemeth just; but his neighbour cometh and searcheth him. 18 The lot causeth contentions to cease, and parteth between the mighty. 19 A brother offended is harder to be won than a strong city: and their contentions are like the bars of a castle. 20 A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. 21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. 22 Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD. 23 The poor useth intreaties; but the rich answereth roughly. 24 A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.

7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

2 Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.

17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

15 The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.

5 A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength.

5 A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:

22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

27 He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.

3 Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.

1 Now as touching things offered unto idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up, but charity edifieth.

18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; 3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

11 Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.
