18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. 26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. 27 Then saith he to Thomas, reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. 29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
